What is Counseling?
Counselors help clients explore and understand their worlds and so discover better ways of thinking and living.
Counseling can be for one person or a group (typically couples and families) and typically leads to resolution of a living problem, learning of some kind and/or improvements in social function.

We are willing to file insurance as a courtesy to our clients, however depending on the details of your particular insurance policy, you may be responsible for part or all of the charges. Check with your insurance company before your first session so that you understand your benefits and possible coverage limitations, and keep us apprised of any changes in insurance coverage.

Each provider is established with different insurance companies depending on type and level of license. The person scheduling your appointment in our office may be able to give you some guidance on this.
